Hi All
Hope you all had a good weekend. Fantastic weather today here in Devon.
I was called to school for MTA lunch time duty and it was almost a pleasure standing in the playground.
This will be a bit of a muddled post as I am behind with posting and I keep thinking of things to tell you....
First a belated thank you to Beki of The Ramblings of an everyday mummy for my parcel of goodies from the Shabby Chic swap
What lovelies indeed - A crochet doily (now on my dressing table) 3 vintage range hand creams
a china trinket box, a pile of very shabby chic pretty napkins, a rosy writing paper set and my favourite thing of all is a wooden hanging bird (now on my lounge door handle)
Thank you so much
Its just taken about ten minutes to upload those two photos for some reason ?
Also I ordered a couple of felt goodies from Gill at The Vintage Gardener, sorry I forgot to take a photo before stashed them away for Christmas
I am very pleased with them and I loved the hen bookmark and post tag as well.
Anyway back to the post header about books - of course I dont hate proper books
but today I have started 'doing my books' and filling in my accounts book.
Ever since Ebay told me I had to upgrade to a business seller I thought I had better register as self employed. All a bit scary and I wonder what I have let myself in for ? !
It took ages as I sell lots of little items. I suppose I will get used to it and today I feel as though I am drowning a bit and wonder if it is worth it?
I love it though so I am trying not to worry about it and millions of people have to do it
Last week i did some sewing for a change and made some little halloween goody bags, I will put them in my Misi shop soon or if you are interested they are £1.50 each (free postage to UK)
Just the right size for some sweets for your favourite trick or treaters ??!!
Well thats about all for now- off to make some Horlicks !
Take care
Sue xx

I also love to read other people's blogs which inspired me to start my own. I look foward to hearing from you Best wishes Sue
Hi Sue, bear with the'books' and keep on going, it's not as bad as you think really. It is a pain when you want to use your time for 'nice' things I know, I feel the same. Love the little bags.
